Cover: Immunolocalization in Drosophila
melanogaster embryos and epithelial tissues. Wild-type
Drosophila embryos (n = 5) or microdissected
epithelial tissues (n = 6) were stained to colocalize the
Na+-driven anion exchanger (NDAE1) protein (red), the
Na+-K+-ATPase
5-subunit (green),
and nuclei (DAPI, blue). Colocalization of NDAE1 and
5
appear yellow or white. Top left panel: stage 4 embryo,
