Cover: Surface immunofluorescence of Xenopus oocytes expressing either alpha -rENaC (top) or alpha beta gamma -rENaC (bottom). A rabbit anti-alpha -rENaC antibody was generated against a full-length fusion protein and was used as the primary antibody. After incubation of fixed paraffin-embedded sections for 1 h with this antibody, the sections were incubated for an additional hour with a goat anti-rabbit immunoglobulin G conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.
