Full images are shown of parellelly processed and silver-stained gels from cell lysates as described in Fig. 5, C–F. HEK-293.Ec.3.+2-2 double regulated cells were cotransfected with pU-MRac1-V12 and pIND-IκB(ƒvDN).

Files in this Data Supplement:

• Supplemental Figure A - Neither doxycycline (Dox) nor ponasterone was added when neither Rac1-V12 nor dominant negativve IκB [IκB(DN)] was expressed as a negative control.
• Supplemental Figure B - Only 1 μg/ml Dox was added to the transfected culture to induce the expression of Rac1-V12.
• Supplemental Figure C - 1 μg/ml Dox and 5 μM ponasterone were added to the transfected culture to express both Rac1-V12 and IκB(DN).
